Finance at a small state school, what are my chances of moving up?

Hey everybody, thanks in advance for any advice or helpful tips. I'm a 21 year old finance major and i go to a EIU a small state school in illinois. I'm currently a 1st semester junior and i have 60 credits. My freshman year i wasn't sure what a wanted to do and it resulted in me slacking off and getting a poor gpa and after a year and a few summer classes i've gotten it up to a 2.8. I have straight A's this semester already and am highly motivated and believe i will be continuing this through the rest of college as i have found what my passion is and enjoy the work. at the end of this semester i should have a 3.01 and it should just be going up from there. i have held leadership positions in the fraternity i am a part of, i'm a student senator for the student government and a member of the student investment society. I will be completing a study abroad through my school in panama over spring break and i will hopefully be getting an internship this summer. I am interested in Ibanking and consultation work, along with stock trading. So my questions are, what are my chances at getting a good internship I.E. decent pay at a name brand or medium size firm. Also what are my chances at transferring into a bigger better school, or getting into a top 10-15 grad school program. Again thanks for the advice
