Finance Degree/MBA 4+1 from state school?

<p>Is a 4+1 finance/MBA from a SUNY school a viable route to take? </p>

<p>I was interested in pursuing a Computer Science degree, but i see that georgia tech is now partnering with udacity and offering a online MS degree in CS for only $7,000. It makes me wonder if a computer science degree will hold weight anymore. </p>

<p>Don’t bother with the MBA from SUNY. Why automatically rule the possibility of going to a top MBA school down the road?</p>

<p>If you are majoring in finance, the MBA doesn’t add any real value unless you go to a top school. The top grad business schools will want you to have at least 2-3 years of experience.</p>
