I'm going to be in 12th grade this year in high school and i'm deciding on a college major.
I'm really interested in the business world and i'm also interested in the sciences. I was wondering if it would be manageable to major in both economics and finance with pre-med electives.
If i get into med school, i'd probably stick with it & i could possible use the finance/econ bachelors degree in some administrative position at a hospital.
If I don't get into med school, my plan is to get a wall street job (hopefully, or at least one at a top company) and then go on to pursue my MBA after i get the necessary job experience.

You need to confirm with your college for something like this. Different schools have different requirements. For example, a standard econ major requires 10 economic courses on top of the prereq like calculus and statistics. Finance can be additional courses. Premed also has a set number of courses required. Find out what is required for the premed track and see if you have enough room at your college to major in econ and finance.

This can be done and has been done but each school is different.

Probably, especially if you have enough AP credits. Realistically, though, it’s a bit soon for you to worry too far ahead. Many students change their major. I’d say this, if you want a wall street job, you’d better be in one of their target schools (Harvard, Stanford, Duke etc.) and graduating top of your class.
