I have been gathering information on different grad schools and careers in finance and accounting, but still am not sure what to do.

I was going to double major in math and economics from a large state school, and then try for the mfin (at prestige level of say florida or purdue). My gpa is low but I can bring it up to a 3.0 by senior year, however I am not sure if I will get into a good mfin program if my gres are not top of the line. This is important because I wanted to specialize in finance right after undergrad (NOT mba) and if I don't get into an mfin I have background in math/econ but no specialization that I wanted.

I looked into ms in accounting, and from what I have seen, you need many accounting/business undergrad courses to get in, whereas mfin does not require them.

So, my question is should I switch from math to either finance or accounting, and double major one of those with econ(almost finished) so that I have at least a bachelors in one of those areas in case I don't get into ms programs in one of them? Or should I continue for the math major?
Also, don't I need accounting undergrad courses to get into ms accounting programs?
