I haven’t been able to reach her. I’m sure I’m not the only one. They won’t release that information to me though.

There were about 8 of us in class. Most of the students were transferring to a four year college. I wasn’t planning to transfer until I got my associates so I still have two terms there to complete my degree before moving on toward my bachelors. I imagine if the other students ran into this issue, it may be at their new schools. Or maybe transferring helped them avoid it?

It is also possible that the other students were not receiving financial aid.

You need to go in person. Go to the secretary at the Dean of Students. Make an appointment to see the dean. Make an appointment to see your department chairperson.

what is the name of your college and what is the course that you continually repeated. You should be able to look the course up in the college catalog and it will tell you the sequence of the courses

Were you ever specifically told, as a class or as an individual, that you were expected to take the course for three consecutive semesters or terms? Did you just assume this? I could see how a once a year literary magazine could be accomplished by different groups if each semester has set goals for those students to accomplish. Did YOU just not want to end your participation?

Yes, we were told to enroll in the class all year, this was not an assumption on my part. During the first term we were told how the class would go and what we were working toward for Spring. We were the same group of people all year. No one added on after Fall and no one left either. I should also mention that this is a class where you need to get a signature of the professor to sign up. At the end of Fall the professor handed out our slips with his signature so we could get enrolled in Winter term, and the same during Winter for Spring term. We were recruited for this class. I was approached during a scholarship interview by the instructor himself, who encouraged me to be a part of this class.
