Financial aid for International Student at George Washington University

I’m from a middle-class family in Vietnam. My family can contribute maximum $32,000 for GWU and I wanna know if GWU is generous in terms of financial aid for international student. If i pay $32k and the tuition is $70k, i will have $38k left. Will GWU give me the full amount of money that I need?

This is what GW website say:

Policy - International Student Aid
Federal grants, loans and most sources of university grants and scholarships are limited to US Citizens, permanent residents and other eligible non-citizens.

Undergraduate international students who have earned a minimum of 30 credits at GW and have maintained a 2.0 GPA or better may apply for institutional financial assistance. International students who qualify may receive a need based grant for up to $10,000 if they have not already received other GW grants and scholarships totaling $10,000 or more.

In other words, no. GW is not famously generous with financial aid even for domestic students.
