Financial Aid for International Students?

Hello all,

I'm an international high school student, and I wish to apply NU next year. I took the SAT last Jan and I got 2070 (CR: 600, M:740, W:730). I haven't taken the TOEFL yet, but i intend to take it and also retake the SAT this summer. I don't know if my scores are good enough, as I don't have many ECs or talents.

However, my biggest concern is financial aid, because my family can only contribute $10000/year. Do I have any chance of being admitted and receive full-need met? I know my question is silly, but I really want to study in NU and financial aid is a big concern for me.

Thanks guys.

I’m not sure of what the average met is for international students or anything, but admissions is not need-blind for international students. That means they can and usually will look at your financial situation before deciding to accept or deny you.
