After several attempts to several different admission counselors, it is clear that OSU is sticking to the scholarships only to those who applied before 11/1,2 weeks made a huge difference! Too bad!
It wouldn’t be fair to those students who worked hard to get their applications in early and on time to give scholarship money to those who couldn’t meet the very specific dates. The dates are posted for a reason.
