Financial aid issue

<p>Hey guys!
Okay so here is my problem...
I have beein in USA for 4 years now, my family and me were granted "Witholding of removal" in september 2007. I have been working since September but my dad and sister have been before that. WE all drive, we paid our income taxes for 2007.
I got out-of state tuition, no financial aid. I have to pay 20,000+ for GMU just by living at home!! Even if I go to NOVA i need to take out a loan and I would need a co-signer to sign! I really dont know what to do, I have applied for a few scholarships but didnt get any becuase of the residency isssue!! I really need help.
Is there schools anywhere that would give me financial aid and its not too late to apply?
Any resources for scholarships regardless of immigration status? I have looked at MALDEF already..alot of them are for Hispanicstudents only or they have expired.
I plan to have two jobs over the summer topitchin whatever possibble!</p>

<p>Many states with an illegal alient population have a generically set up waiver that allows one to pay in state tuition if you have attended an instate HS for three years or graduated from an in state HS or some other provision showing you lived in that state. Check in your state</p>

<p>I live in VA and am graduating from a high school here! IT is SOOOO strict here! Virginia is the most strict state when it comes to student financial aid and in-state tuition! I think Texas is one ofthe states taht grants in-state tutiion as long as you have lived there for a certain time!
Any other options ? :(</p>

<p>You might check community colleges, sometimes they have more lax requirements than the big Us, that might give you time to stay on track and get legal resident status</p>
