Financial Aid letters for accepted students

Hi everyone,

So now that many of our Early Action 1 students have received their acceptance letters the next question is always "What will I get for financial aid?"

Here is our process:
1. Admit students
2. Send them acceptance letters
3. Send their files to the Office of New Student Financial Aid
4. Evaluate merit awards (before we have received FAFSA's) and send them to accepted students
5. Update Financial Aid letters with need-based information (once we have received FAFSA's) and resend letters to families

You can see that our EA1 students are currently on steps 3 & 4. Therefore, EA1 accepts can expect to receive a letter within a few weeks with their merit scholarship information. Many of our accepted students should hear by January 01, but rest assured that the scholarship information is being carefully evaluated and will be sent to your house when it is ready.
