<p>Hey guys UCSB emailed me and sent me a letter saying that my parents tax return form is missing the 1040 E schedule and they said I have to mail it in to them. Do I just mail in the missing 1040 E schedule with the request form? Or Do I have to mail in another packet of my parents tax return?</p>
