Financial Aid

I know you can't get Financial Aid if you have a Bachelors degree...

But I was curious if it came from a certain school like private school. Technically, my degree a piece of crap, however, not saying the profession. From what I've experienced most job places requires a degree from a university and the school I went to was not a university.

So, I was on/off going back to school but since my credits of that school is not transferable I'd have to start from the bottom. I'm not worried about the major classes because I was planning on doing a different major, it's the GE classes.

What I am trying to say is would you think there would be anyway I would be able to get financial aid? I mean so I can just finish my first 2 years in a community college. It's cheaper than a university. I use to pay the classes on my own but I'm unemployed at the moment.

You can get financial aid if you have a bachelors degree. You just can’t get Pell (ever) - certain other grants, depending on the school’s policies. As long as the school participates in federal loan programs, you are enrolled at least half time in a degree-granting program of study, and you are otherwise eligible for federal aid, you will be eligible for federal loans.
