I got info about Federal Work Study and some loan programs in the messages tab in the financial aid section on myneu, but no actual award. Is this normal? My EFC is 0 too ;/

I am confused because the net pice calculator said that I can expect to receive of 40k school grant, yet I received 0. I know npcs arent always reliable, but is this normal?
