I was wondering...does WashU mail out financial aid letters with the acceptance packet or do they mail it out separately? If I do not receive any information regarding financial aid in the acceptance packet, should I assume that I will not be getting any financial aid?

The acceptance letter states, "If you applied for financial assistance, your financial assistance notification will arrive in a few days."

Even if you don't qualify for any need-based aid I'm sure you'll get a nice letter telling you so. We got one from Boston College telling us we can afford to pay the entire cost of attendance.

i got my financial aid package with my acceptance letter. they arrived in UPS as one big packet

Poweranger: My D did receive her acceptance letter in a UPS envelope but no financial aid letter. I wonder why some came with FA info and some didn't. Oh well, hope you were happy with your package.

poweranger: Are you an int'l student? I had planned on calling WU's fin. aid office today so I asked them why some kids got their FA letter w/acceptance letter and some didn't. He asked if you were int'l student - that they are the ones who rec'd those letters early. He said FA letters were sent out this Monday.

has anyones financial aid info been put online?
