As of right now I have $0 for college. I’ve been applying for Scholarships since I was a sophmore and now I’m a senior and still haven’t won any scholarships. I know for a fact that my parents won’t be able to help with college because they coming out of they money for my sister tuition and room and board at Eastern Michigan. I know scholarships not going to just come to you but what I do know is that I’m willing to work hard to get a scholarship.

There are options for someone in your situation, like looking for schools that give merit aid for your stats or schools that meet your financial need depending on your FAFSA Estimated Family Contribution.
I would strongly advise against depending on outside scholarships exclusively to pay for college. These scholarships are often meant for one-time use and/or they are such small amounts that unless you go to a really cheap school (maybe a community college, which is a possibility for you) they barely make a dent. However, they’re very useful when you want to eliminate small loans from your financial aid package or pay for really cheap tuition.

Are you saying that your parents will pay for your sister’s college but not yours? Why? Why would they say that you have to find money for your college but they wouldn’t say the same to your sister?
Seems only fair that they would split the amount between the two of you and then tell both siblings that they need to come up with the rest.
Anyway, you’re going about this wrong. Applying to private scholarships typically will not pay for four years of college. Usually they won’t make much of dent in the first year and pay nothing for the other three years.
