Financial Safeties

So i'm trying to pick a good financial safety as a Washington Resident. I've got great stats and realize the UW is mors prestigious and generally considered a better school than WSU, but the problem is I don't really like big cities and and don't want to be just a number in a giant institution. So with that in mind would the WSU honors program be a decent choice as compared to UW honrs? I mean would I be significantly detracting from the quality and rigor of my education? Or any other good suggestions? Would something like UVic of WWU Honors be any good?

Take a look at the overall offerings of these universities, and at their campus environments. Don’t just look at the honors programs. Chances are that there is plenty of “quality and rigor” there. One measure is the freshman drop-out rate. If 25% of the freshman class is gone by winter break, and 50% are gone by the end of the year, this tells you something about the students who do stay to eventually graduate. Many large public universities are easy to get into, but challenging to get out of with a degree.
