Looking for a school with a strong neuroscience program that will accept me (mid level and reach schools, please.) I am applying to Baylor University, and I'm 95% sure I'll be accepted, but I honestly dislike the campus and location.

Gender: Female
Ethnicity: Cambodian (Asian)
Resident: Texas
UW GPA: 3.26 (I know, ouch.)
W GPA: 4.21
First SAT scores: 670 CR, 640 Math, 570 Writing = 1880/2400 or 1310/1600
AP Courses: Biology, World History, U.S. History, English III, English IV, and Psychology.

Extracurricular Activities: VASE (Visual Arts Scholastic Event) Art competitions, Art Club, University Interscholastic League Choir, Robotics Club (yearly competition), Health Occupations Students of America, Animation Club, Teen Advisory Board, Internships at various hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes, and the Capstone GT program.

Leadership Roles and Certifications: President and founder of the Animation Club, Teen Advisory Board, AP Scholar, Certified Nursing Assistant, Pharmaceutical Technician (To be licensed June 2010), and AED Certified.

Volunteer Work: Ride On Center for Kids (a therapeutic program for disabled children), and the public library.

Note: I am taking the SAT again and should be fully capable of exceeding a 2000, though I am shooting for a 2100 (I did not study before, but shall proceed to immediately). I am also scheduled to take the ACT, which I have not taken before. Admittedly, I am a senior, and may have perhaps... procrastinated.

The Schools I am presently considering (And I'm pretty sure I have a decent shot at) are:

Macalester College
University of Minnesota Twin Cities Campus (I really love Minneapolis)
University of San Francisco
University of San Diego
Baylor University
