Find me liberal arts colleges?

I'm looking for private colleges (like Middlebury or Bowdoin) that have the following features:

*Nonexistent/barely noticeable Greek Life
*Not a party school by any means
*Academically challenging/students who care about studying
*Study abroad program
*Liberal/not religious
*Not heavily bureaucratic
*Beautiful campus
*Small to medium-sized student body
*Not in a big city
*Sports aren't a big deal
*Preferably in the Northeast, Midwest or West Coast

Name some schools that fit this criteria. Thanks!

Beliot
Bowdoin
Bryn Mawr
Carleton
Colorado
Grinnell
Haverford
Kenyon
Lawrence
Macalester (but it is in a city)
Mt. Holyoke
Oberlin
Pomona

Wellesley

Williams

Davidson is further in the South… (Charlotte, NC), but it seems close to what you are looking for. It isn’t a party school, and they have one of the best study abroad programs. Over 80% of students spend a semester or so abroad, and at Davidson, you can go on ANY school’s study abroad program in the US. I toured there… so let me know if you have any questions!

I’m not sure how well Davidson fits the bill for the OP, namely in terms of its sports scene and Greek life. Though I’m not sure if Davidson has fraternities in the typical, national organization sense, I do know that they have eating clubs–essentially the college’s source of Greek life. And, especially since their trek to the Sweet 16, sports have a huge presence on campus (and in the surrounding community). Davidson is, after all, the smallest Division I school in the NCAA.

Connecticut College
St. Lawrence University
Wheaton College (MA)

Add Denison and Lewis and Clark (in Portland but you wouldn’t know it).

Pointoforder is saying that you need to give us more specifics because you’ve basically described most of the top 40 liberal arts colleges in the country minus a few in the south/southeast.

^Actually, I was looking for a big list of colleges that fit the criteria in my original post, so thanks everyone for the suggestions!
