I’ve registered for classes already and want to know how to find web pages for each class that might have dates for tests and all that. I know we get syllabuses on the first day but I heard some classes might have quizzes on day 1 for summer reading and that stuff-how do I find out?
If this is the case, you will get an email from the prof well ahead of time.
I’ve never heard of a first-day quiz. As an instructor, I wouldn’t even find that ethical because some people only register on the first day of classes (or after). But then again I’ve never heard of summer reading for a college course (except some suggested background reading).
