finding my university!!

I am on my last year of high school, I graduate on june 2015 and we are on the 'seeking universities phase'. I attend to an IB school in El Salvador (I'm salvadorian and italian citizen) my GPA is about 3.8 on average and I haven't done my SAT but I plan to take it on October.

The real state career has caught my attention a lot and I would like to know any recommendations from you either from the career or university where I can attend. I would like a university first of all where I can study this as a bachelor, secondly, that is accessible in terms of money (financial aid/support including scholarship) obviously I would like to aim at a full scholarship or at least one that its very high and if its not the case I can afford to pay up to 15k a year.

The only university I have seen where I can take this career is UBC in vancouver and i know nothing about it neither if i'm eligible for any scholarship etc. I would love to hear other options from you wether they are on the us, canada or europe and if you need to know any other information about me do not hesitate on writting back!
thankyou!!

Being an international is a huge disadvantage for you because most schools in the US 1) admit proportionally fewer internationals than domestic students and 2) are far less generous with financial aid internationals than domestic students.

That being said, there are some schools who are more progressive than others and are admitting a higher percentage of internationals each year. (Not sure if link will work as I am on my phone)

Finding a school that will be affordable and offer real estate as a major will be difficult at best I think. It’s not an extremely common major to begin with nor is it an economically sound time to major in that, so consider other options if possible. Good luck!
