Finding Out Decisions!

Did you get the mail that fast? Do you live in the East?

Yeah, I live like 45 minutes away- so that helped. Its going to be later for someone in, say, California but they do get it out fast.

by any chance does anyone know about brooks school?.this is probably a long shot but you guys seem to know everything when it comes to this=]

I'm surprised so many are posting the online decisions late in the day on March 10. Many other schools are mailing on Friday or Saturday so that students receive the mail ON March 10.

Does anyone know about when Andover and Taft will mail them? For example, are they sending all decisions so we will receive them on March 10, or just acceptances, etc.?

I called Taft and they said they are sending all decisions so they arrive on March 10.

I called my local UPS store today and they said if it's overnight, the latest I will receive it is 1:30 PM. It will suck when my mom picks me up for school and tells me nothing came!!

I only have two more days of school before March 10! (I had a snow day today :D)

Do acceptance/rejection letters arrive after the 10, like 11 or 12??????

It depends on where you live.

Base on my experience from other letters( I am applying for Peddie), the mail usually get to my house about 1 day after they send from New Jersey ( I am in New York). It might take longer when you live in the West like California.

Anyone know how Exeter sends notifications? Are they posted online?

I know when when some schools overnights their packages it is not via UPS but by regular US MAIL overnight service.

ok, so what do the online decisions say? is it just a letter, or is there some type of flashing light thing?

Milton (for international) - Email - before midday EST - March 10

i know middlesex at 9 am.and groton at 3 pm.

anyone know about exeter, andover, or deerfield?

This is what it says for exeter, it's not really specific:
All applications are due January 15, and all interviews must be completed by January 31 for a March 10 decision.

Andover doesn't say anything on their website, but if you applied they should have sent you login info in the mail. if they didn't send you anything, don't worry! you'll most likely get it by snail mail

for deerfield i have no clue.

yeah, will the decision be posted on the log in website on My Andover on March 10?

Deerfield does not have online decisions.

maevey-where will you look first?

Updates: When I called Deerfield a few weeks ago to make sure that our application was complete, they had said that they might be doing e-mail or online notification. But, I haven't heard anything about it since then, so I doubt they are doing it.

I believe that St. Paul's is at 9:00 a.m. EDT, not 3:00 p.m., as someone posted above.

I too am wondering about Andover....willl the "My Documents" section contain the decision letter at some point? Their web site does not say, and I don't like to call the Admissions offices with these questions since I am sure that they are very busy finalizing everything right now.

Andover only has online decisions for international applicants.

Are you guys going to check the online decisions in school? I'm definitely not going to haha
