Fine Art Requirement, ppllleassse help

our language counts as our art whatever to graduate

but my counselor told me that i need a real fine art for COLLEGE. So i figured that ok, so i need art or computer graphics or something because all colleges require a fine art. But then I looked at Collegeboard (who by the way put updated SAT w/ writing scores which i thought was overdue) website, and no schools really say anything about this Fine Art.

So I just figured, OK, she figures I'm going to a UC, and that I do need a real art for the A-G req. BUT!! I found a Cinema class at the local JC that I wanted to take for kicks anyways, but saw that it may (I'm not 100% sure), count for my A-G. IF this is so, will colleges like... USC, Stanford, Penn... for example, not accept me because I am missing some fine art class? Do they even require it outside of UCs?

What's your school like with that, I know in CA they push the a-g, but other states, whats your fine art req like, and how does that correlate with Private schools?

I'm not sure about other's but UC's definietly require them. You can take them this upcoming school year at a JC. I don't think cinema counts, it has to be 3 units and has to be an approved uc fine art.

I've enrolled in 4-5 art classes at the local JC, and have dropped all of them due to scheduling (no W or anything), the last one i dropped simply because i could not stand "Women Artists in History"

but i checked the Assist site, and could only find what counts for like, JC transfers
and CINEMA 25 Survey of World Cinema 3 (units)
Counts as the UC-H, which is Arts and Humanities, the closest thing to fine art.

But I am not sure... b/c there are like, lit classes there too
