<p>Nine days until Kent for me! I’m terrified and insanely excited.</p>

I don’t know what to say exactly. I wasn’t very nervous at all when I arrived. I met my “big sis” right when I walked in to register and she took me around. My roommate is really nice and everyone here is very welcoming and helpful. I have been doing some activities to get to know people on campus and I’m going into town today and going around to find all my classes. Class starts on Thursday. </p>
<p>Oh, and I had to get my picture taken for my ID and the computer was working just fine and then when I stepped up to get it taken it wouldn’t work. They had to retake my picture FIVE times! I was soooo embarrassed.</p>
<p>I think that is about it for now. Oh, dorm party tonight!! lol</p>

<p>It is, it really is. I go to Culver Academies (Academies because they have Culver Military [boys] and Culver Girls).</p>
<p>Sara that sounds like tons of fun! I’m so jealous!</p>
<p>I start in 9 days, but in 2 days I’m hanging out with one of my classmates (who I’ve been friends with for a few years) and on Saturday I’m meeting another new junior who may potentially be my roommate (I don’t find out until I get there.) Eek!</p>

Wow. My grandparents actually live about an hour from here and that is plus for me.
I’m really close with my grandparents, so it’s nice that Culver is closer to them.
