First day back today as a junior...

<p>Mostly went pretty well...except...</p>

<p>I got a schedule in the mail a couple of days ago, with drivers' ed at quarter 2, pd. 4 and AP Gov at semester 1. pd 4. </p>

<p>Well, we got new schedules today, and usually they're completely the same. Having memorized my schedule from the mail, I just took a cursory glance over my new one, and it seemed the same, so I went to the library at 3rd pd to relax. Well, then the bell rang for pd. 4 and so I looked at my NEW schedule just to confirm AP Gov next.</p>

<p>I was stunned to learn that I had it pd. 3! I ran pell-mell to the social studies office but my teacher was nowhere to be found. I left him a note apologizing profusely and then went back to the library assuming that was when my free period was.</p>

<p>WELL, when I next looked at my NEW schedule, I saw they switched me into drivers' ed 1st QUARTER! I was like, "Oh ****!!! I've skipped two classes on my first day!"</p>

<p>The moral of this story is, always check your schedule. Always.</p>

<p>Hahaha. That would suck.. it makes for an interesting first day story, though.</p>

<p>but do make sure you show your teachers that you actually care about your grade and it was just a mistake.</p>
