my class was cool..... i had econ 11, there was a ton of people there, two people next to me fell asleep and then asked me "is this stuff pretty easy" after lecture was over.

I parked in JANS 4 visitor parking and had class in fowler, i decided it would be faster than to park at HELIO and take shuttle

very very true, no offence to anyone, but all i saw was asians. ........ why is it like that? i didnt even know there were that many asians in california.

i was thinking about this after the whole "not enough white people" comment, and i just realized that I've never had a non-white professor at UCLA. I had one black TA last year, but that's it. The rest have been white and mostly males. 1 v pretty blonde chick and 1 old crazy lady. But all white. That's kinda sad. And weird.

Just curious, what are the demographics in the communications major?
I've noticed that in my major (political science) there seems to be a trend of Middle Easterners (I guess mainly Persians?). As for history majors, mainly white.

allie, it still doesn't compensate or make up for the fact that the student body consists of so many Asians. I simply can't understand why. Is it because UCLA accepts every application that lists Asian under ethnicity. There are thousands of college in the U.S. and I'm sure that no other college consists of 40% Asian.
