I was unable to find my son's photo.

Boy, they really look official now, I was impressed!
Note the civilian spectators applauding them, that is so nice.

Unfortunately, they still have no new photos posted on the indoc page!

I'm jumping up & down here! HOW GREAT! I could kiss you for sending that info! I didn't think to look on the CO web site this morning! I found my son twice! He's not on crutches or with an arm sling! I am so HAPPY! This made my day! Along with the amusing Mr. Aspen! HA! Boy they look so sooooooooo good! Impressive indeed! WELL DONE GUYS! I loved the close up of 4th co. They looked so perfect. Bet they win the drill competition tomorrow! My first thought, threw the tears, was: here is my son. The one who ate goodfish all day long and watched cartoons. Where has he gone? Keep looking for your son! He has to be there! Could today be our day for the other new photos? How great would that be!?

OK, now I am jealous....you're sooooo lucky to have singled out your son.
Maybe if I find my magnifying class I might see mine!!! Hey, maybe mine is the one in the Colorguard with the flag completely obstructing his face.

Seriously, I am thrilled that you had a good look at your son.

I too felt very proud looking at those pics.

Prayerfulmom-Here I am again. Told you I'd have nothing to do today! :) I've just received two letters from my guy. He confirmed what your son said about being hungry. But by the amount he tells me he is eating says they are burning some mega calories! WOW! Said he was sore from the PT but all in all sounded super upbeat. Was enjoying most of it and says the D.I.'s have all his respect. Says they went to the library & got to see some of the pictures. He said "Whew we look dirty and sunburned". I could tell the pride in his words at getting fitted for his whites. Still has kept his sense of humor which delighted me! I'd anticipated that he would have complained a bit more. Sounded like he is so very excited to be there and says he'll never give up. He wrote journal style explaining each day's events. I got 12 pages! You know the best thing? He is where he belongs.

Hope you hear or see something soon! Rest that back!

Jamzmom.

When is he going to call?? I'm going nuts!
My poor dog, I've only walked him in the front yard so far today, with my front door completely ajar and the volume on the phone's ringer turned to max.

Saw you son, he's a cutie all decked out on his new uniform.

Received letter #3 yesterday, he too wrote it over several days. Yes, somethings he has thoroughly enjoyed, marching is not one of them!

He writes much more positive things to his girlfriend, some kinda macho thing I guess. Oh well, I guess we mom's are always there for our kids to complain to and cry on our proverbial shoulders.

Where the "heck" ( in my mind the language is stronger) are the PICTURES????

I'm with ya! Sitting here waiting as well. Guess today is a busy day.... I have metal images of them being drug behind the Kings Pointer in their life jackets, giving them a last tour of the sound before Indoc ends! HA! Just kidding! Guess they will call when it ends huh? Its an exciting day all in all. Knowing that they've made it through and can move on to the other big bad stuff now. Wasn't that great of the boys to write in journal style? It was like reading a book. My older son's letter was short & a bit mushy and I thought it betrayed a bit of homesickness that he didn't relate to us. My older son finished the letter and said, "Now, I can't wait till Sept. to kick his butt." I noticed he said it while walking away rather quickly. Yea, big old bad tough older bro! Right! Well, two hours to go!! My phone is near. I'm not asking a single question this time. Just listen. He'll have alot to say I'm sure. Hang in there! Let me know when you've heard and I'll do the same!

Forgot to ask if you found your son in any of the photos from the main webpage that were posted this morning? And YEP! They ALL look good in uniform. You know what they say about a man in uniform stealing a woman's heart and all that? WOW it doesn't get any better than this! They are sharp!
