(First post!) Princeton SCEA?

After obsessively reading these chance threads, I decided to take a shot. (For those of you who like to lecture on how these "chances" aren't accurate – I know they aren't. I just want some input on my application thus far. I figured CCers would be good critics.) My top two schools are Princeton and Rice, and I'm still trying to decide which I'm going to apply early to (I'm in 11th). Princeton SCEA and Rice RD or Rice ED and Princeton RD. I think that I have a pretty good change of getting into Rice, so I don't think applying RD will hurt me.

Buuuuut enough rambling, here are my stats:

School: Private, not religious
Location: California
Race: Asian/Pacific Islander
Gender: Female
Prospective major: Pre-med (biomedical sciences)

GPA W (Only have access to my weighted GPA for some reason): 4.05*

*I still have one more trimester of my junior year, and I'm planning on getting all A-/As. Hoping this will bump my GPA up a bit. I got a a few Bs first trimester of freshman year, and one B+ first trimester of sophomore year. :/ I heard that Princeton doesn't look at freshman year grades though (?), so I'm hoping that'll also bump my GPA up. ALSO, I think my transcript shows an upward trend of sorts, I haven't gotten any Bs my junior year and I've taken more challenging classes. Hopefully they'll recognize that?!

SAT: 2150
Math: 730
Crit Reading: 730
Writing: 690 (good mult. choice but essay was an 8?! was a surprise...)
*Taking it again in the fall. Hoping for a 2250+

SAT Subject Tests
Took Bio (M) and Math II. Still waiting for my scores. I don't think I did as well as I wanted to, so I'll take them again in the fall. Probably 600s.

APs:
AP Bio (11)
AP Lang (11)
AP Chem (12)
AP Lit (12)
AP Calc AB (12)
Tests to be taken.

ECs:
-Varsity Cross Country- ran at state championships! (9-12)
-Varsity Track (10-12) - Captain
-Leader of a service group that teaches English to students around the world via Skype! It's really fun and something that I'm passionate about. I could write an essay on it. We're also going to be featured on a local TV station! :D (10-11)
-National Honors Society
-National Merit Semifinalist (most likely, I got a 228 on the PSAT and the minimum scores don't fluctuate too drastically each year)
-CSF (9-12)
-Peer tutor
-Internship at a Hospital - minimum hours time commitment that I will have completed by summer
-Robotics club (I'm the only girl, lol. I wanted to broaden my horizons and it's a fun club. Probably not a prospective career though.)
-Academic League (Another little fun thing that I do, although it is a time commitment)
-School student ambassador- I represent the school when we host guests, or shadowing students.

Sorry, I know it’s long. But ANY type of input would be helpful. I’m just another hopeful junior, haha. Thanks to anyone who takes the time to read it all!

Princeton (SCEA or not): Reach
Rice: Reach (albeit lower than Princeton SCEA)

I agree with Catria. I have a senior d. My advice is to visit both schools if you haven’t already. They are very different in many ways especially since Rice is ED not EA. Princeton is very difficult to get into.
