First of all, congrats to all the Early Action admits!
Like a lot of schools, UVA requires you to live on-Grounds for the first year. Unlike most, that’s true even if you already live close by. (In fact, it’s the only non-military state college in Virginia and as far as I know the country that doesn’t have that exception.) And of course you end up paying the same amount regardless of where they put you and whether you have two roommates or none.
