My daughters friend was in a seminar about the Berlin Wall - A&M took all 20 class members to Berlin Germany for the 20th Anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall - 1 week all expenses paid on the University - now that is a great 1 hour course. Awsome

is this your Seminar?

yesss, that is mine haha

Could be a great way to meet girls!

btn1229 - how did you select this class?

i selected it then my advisors registered my schedule for me, i believe you can find it in the menus for picking your schedule

that field trip to germany sounds wonderful though, i hope i can snag something like that while at A&M

I was just wondering how my daughters friend picked the germany class - I have never asked her about it thought I did a scrapbook for her with the photos. I wonder if she knew it was a trip when she picked it or if that was just a nice surprise. I will have to remember to ask her. I looked through the list of seminars and couldn’t pick out one that would include a nice trip like that.

I’m in one about celtic traditional music.
Your advisor registered you? That’s odd… we all registered ourselves, with the advisors around to help if needed.

my daughters advisor registered her last year. I think it depends on the college - she is in Architecture and it is a very small college and there were very few students at her NSC. It isnt like the college of Engineering or Business where there are thousands of students.

yeah it was what klparker312 basically said, i was in english, and there were only 6-7 of us majors in there, we had a veryyy quick registration

Woo, you actually registered for one of those seminar 1 hour things?
I remember reading about them at my NSC. Their names were… “interesting”.
There was one about Girls Gone Wild…not even kidding.

AndresM - yeah i have to because a first year seminar is required for my scholarship, and i saw that class too, and it was filled up way before my conference haha
