My cost of attendance was already displayed before I sent in the forms for financial aid. Idk if it truly means anything though. I would suggest emailing the forms back to them instead of postal mail though. I sent my forms on Monday and my financial aid checklist was updated today.
I’ve search through numerous thread from the past on here to see if there were any hints of admission before the letters come. So far, I’ve only seen that some people received their housing emails before their letters which only admitted students get.

I did one semester in LIM college for fashion merchandising and now planning to do the 2 year AAS in FBM!!

Hey everyone! I applied to FIT for the FBM 2 year AAS with a GED. Im freaking out waiting for my decision letter. My cost of education is showing up on MyFIT as $37,000 and it also shows my estimated family contribution and how much I will need for financial aid. Does anyone know if this is a good sign or does anyone else have this as well?

@shankoes Those have shown up for me as well. There has been speculations over the COA popping up, but nothing for sure yet. Would be nice if that truly were a sign. lol
I thought about Parsons earlier since I saw that the transfer deadline was April 1st…but they offer Fashion Marketing as an AAS without a Bachelors option for continuation. I was unsure about that. I actually did the essay and project for admissions, but never sent it. It’s just chilling in my Word window.

I have the class search , but it says my financial aid hasn’t been reviewed. Financial aid sent me a email saying, "The Financial Aid Department of the Fashion Institute of Technology has received your application for financial assistance for 2017-2018 academic year and requires additional documentation to complete your application. You will be receiving a letter in the mail with the required forms, or you can view your requirements and download the documents by following the directions below,"And it goes on explaining how to submit the documents. I don’t know if the class search is a indication of acceptance. I’m so nervous this is my only option…
