<p>So I had an issue with a teacher rec. I received my teacher rec and read it over, and found that it wasn't specific enough. However, before that, it already had been submitted to common app online. I got rid of said app and made a new one (online) for Yale. I then changed the teacher rec (one of two) to another teacher. Did this remedy this issue, or did it already send it to Yale?</p>

<p>I received the original letter (from the teacher I removed) face to face, if this clears anything up (I know this is in violation of the FERPA agreement. Didn’t realize that when it happened)</p>
<p>There is at least one common app rep who monitors this forum. I imagine you won’t get an official reply until regular work day resumes Monday but I think that’s who can best answer this. The real question here seems to be whether teacher recs are sent to schools immediately when a teacher hits send, or whether they are held by the common app folks until the student submits the remainder of the app.</p>
