Does UT Austin offer flat rate tuition for the 2009-10 school year? I think the UT website is trying to say they don't offer it, but I'm not sure. I called them and the guy who picked up said "...Maybe?" Guess that didn't work out. Does anyone know?

Yes, a flat rate tuition price exists for all full time students (12+ hours). The price will vary between each school.

All the specifics are in the PDFs on this page:

Some schools refer to flat rate tuition plans as meaning that the cost of tuition is locked in for all four years. That is not what this is referring to is it? Or is it?

UT’s tuition costs can go up as much as 4.95% each year according to state law. They usually are increased by that amount.
