<p>June? Where did you hear that? It does make sense but for some reason I was thinking we’d hear before May 1st because that’s when those going to UF have to decide by. I would think that those who are relying on this scholarship won’t commit to uf until they hear if they get it or not, so it would make more sense if they did it earlier in my opinion…</p>
<p>I know what you mean Devons… I’m one of those people that Needs this scholarship and I know it would make sense for them to choose the people before May 1st but the scholarship application is actually due on May 15-from application form. So I don’t think they will choose the scholars before May 15th and I emailed the people to ask them.</p>

<p>I have yet to hear from them…I am totally freaking out. They got it on the first Tuesday instead of Monday and I am starting to think that screwed me…</p>
<p>Hey I think you’ll be fine! My friend got his notification today and I’m sure there’s many more to go out. I heard somewhere that if u got the supplemental form then you’re guaranteed to get it? Lets hope that’s the case lol. Good luck though!</p>
<p>Thanks Devon! I called today and they said they are reviewing applicants weekly so there is still hope. Just out of curiosity though, do you know when your friend submitted his form?</p>
<p>Unfortunately I do not know when he submitted it but I’m pretty positive you will get it so far everyone I’ve ever known who has gotten the supplemental form has gotten the scholarship.</p>
<p>Just curious… has anyone gotten an email saying the HAVEN’T been awarded the scholarship? I’m wondering if they notify people who haven’t received the FOS or only those who do receive it.</p>

And did anybody have them pay for the $200 pre-rent housing payment?</p>

<p>I don’t get it. I submitted my app a day after the people on this thread who received the scholarship, and I have yet to receive a notification. My income is less than 10k a year, so I can’t afford to attend UF otherwise. This is really stressful, and the staff so far has not been able to give me a straight answer…</p>
