Florida State University or University of Florida

Hi,
I am am currently a sophomore at the University of Florida St. Petersburg. I am majoring in accounting and I’ll be minoring in a second language. I want to go for my masters as well. For my career, I want to get into the FBI so which school I choose is dependent on connections with the FBI also. I currently feel like I am in high school again with the atmosphere of this campus and the Tampa campus is too close to home. From the rankings online, UF is always going to be better, but which would be better for my needs is what I’m stuck on. I’m not really worried about the off-campus activities, each town revolves around the university. I appreciate your opinions! Also, if you know of any good sites to help out with financial aid, rankings, etc., don’t hesitate to post those as replies.
Thanks!

UF (main campus) has a much better academic reputation than FSU in most fields, although I have no idea where FBI recruits more.

Engineering, agricultural or construction sciences - go to UF. Not much else over Florida State.

Two majors alone make Florida State an excellent choice for careers in the FBI or law enforcement in general - Criminology (ranked #7 nationally) and computer criminology. Combine these areas with accounting and a language and a career in federal law enforcement is quite likely.

Here is another reason:
