<p>Ive seen this message posted before the “application complete” message so I believe the adcom hasn’t actually read the application just pulled your folder.</p>
<p>It’s like one of the first things that shows up when you submit your application.</p>
<p>I think it’s read as in to be read… not already read.</p>
<p>I’ve also seen the word ready be shortened as such. </p>
<p>So it could mean Folder Pulled Committee Ready.</p>
