It seems it's a good idea to thank your interviewer in some way (this was an alum interview). I would send a snail mail thank you card, but I don't have my interviewer's address. Should I just send a nice email? And is it necessary for me to ask more Qs about the school to show I'm really interested, or can I just thank him. Because I asked a lot of Qs at the interview and I genuinely DON'T have any more Qs. I'm sure I could come up w/ SOMETHING if need be, but is that really necessary?

As an interviewer myself, a card is unneccesary. A card is kinda creepy b/c the student would have had to google me. A nice email note will suffice.

I guess if the interviewer has you meet at her workplace or gives you a business card, you can mail away. Otherwise just use email.

Just thank them for their time. No need to contrive any more questions – which would require a response.

Okay. Thanks so much!
