when do these go on sale for new incoming freshman? I haven't got anything i nthe mail yet, are we suppose to go online and buy them?

I talked to the ticket office on June 4. They say that new freshmen will be able to get their football tickets at orientation. Parents can buy their tickets for single games (ie parent weekend in Oct.) now from the ticket office. They went on sale today. Fight on!

When you say "get the tickets" do you mean receive the ones we already bought or we will have the opportunity to buy them at orientation?

andersenws

From what I understand new freshmen at orientation will learn about how to get their tickets. USC wants to be sure that new freshmen get into the games and have instituted a new policy since last fall. It is a different process than that used for returning students. Single game tickets can be purchased for parents & guests now at the ticket office and they are mailed out one month before the date of the game. The single game tickets are not the ones intended for freshmen students.

When I was at orientation, I was told I would be receiving an email later about how to buy one.

Does this apply to transfers as well?

i tried buying tickets through this

but my usc id and usc id password didn't work. does anyone have any idea how to log in?

i called the ticket office in regards to freshman football tickets and they said we cannot buy them yet and that we will be emailed through the USC email with info on how to buy them when it's available to us.

that's strange. a woman today told me "the deadline was in march blah blah"

but then i told her that the site said that all undergrads were guaranteed tix if they went to that site and ordered by aug. 15

she talked to her superior, said i was correct, and told me to email them

i am going to be a junior transfer and am not going to be going to orientation (i live in hawaii and have a full-time job with a newspaper), so if you hear about it on orientation, will you keep me posted?

the info that i found

They email freshman after orientation about how to buy them.

i'm not a freshman, im a junior transfer, and im not gonna be able to attend orientation (i dont think a one day orientation justifies buying a $400+ dollar ticket from hawaii)

so, i was curious if you could post what the email says up.

They email you with a pin number, hopefully.

I never got the email, and went down to the ticket office after move-in day to pick it up.

it's gonna suck if i don't get the email.

maybe i'll just leave for school early and stay over at one of my friend's places..i NEED football tickets.

Has anyone who went to orientation gotten the PIN yet? If so, which session did you attend?

I went to the first session and got my pin about a week and a half after

I went to June 14-15 and haven't recieved the email yet. Everyone I've talked to that went to the same orientation as me is in the same situation. No emails yet for any of us.

OK I went to the 21-22... i'll ask a couple people from my hs who went already.

Don't be worried, they won't sell out before you get a chance to buy even if you do have to go to the ticket office to get your pin. But of course, go as soon as possible, like on the 23rd.

And the seating is general admission, so don't be worried about getting a bad seat

My D got her pin in an email sent yesterday. She attended orientation #2 on June 9,10.
