<p>The CB people deserve to eat crap, not nice internationals' scores! Be patient, kee, they're evil but they're also greedy. They won't miss the chance to send scores in order to earn a few more bucks.</p>
<p>callthecops, UPenn has very very limited financial aid for intels and is not needblind for them. So, not applying for finaid there significantly increases chances. They often reject students who are better qualified than other students accepted but just need a lot of finaid, that's why they get rejected.</p>
