<p>Are Molecular Orbitals on the exam?</p>
<p>um on the 2006 exam, I didn't see any.</p>
<p>One letter-part of one free-response option asked about molecular orbitals. Heh, I got it wrong, but I was fine in the end.</p>
<p>There <em>may</em> have been one MC on it as well. You can definitely do well without studying orbitals.</p>
<p>Yea there was like one question. You can definitely not know MO.</p>
<p>I think the only question was on an optional free response question which I didn't do.. But the average is 1 MC MO question per year..</p>
<p>What sort of questions are they usually? Is it like describing the MO configuration?</p>
<p>there were lots of acids and bases stuff and some balancing equations on the test I took 2 years ago.</p>
