<p>got in, got the admission packet a few days later, accepted the offer once i knew how to (everything is online these days)</p>
<p>k guys i have a stupid question here..can i accept the offer but later on cancel it if I decide not to go? Cuz I am still waiting for other offers but I think I should start the housing contract in case i didnt get any other offer.

Just wait for 10 more days - you'll get your resluts by then and then choose wherever you want to go and then accept. </p>
<p>You'll also lose the housing deposit and most of the nice dorms are gone by now anyway.</p>

<p>In-state tuition is pretty decent. I got into the bio engineering program there and got a non-renewable "engineering excellence" scholarship for 2k freshman year only so it's not really a deciding factor.</p>
<p>I guess I'm just waiting to hear if i got the USC scholarship and if i got into my first choice ivy.</p>
