<p>i'm not sure if any of you will know this..but if we applied early and got deferred, do we have a chance at getting an interview? i didn't have one for early, i'm not sure why, but i was never contacted. any ideas?</p>
<p>also...if we want to send more stuff to columbia, should we make sure to do it before the jan 1st deadline, or does it not matter? any suggestions?</p>
<p>Your not getting contacted had nothing to do with your credentials. It is a function of the number of applicants and interviewers in your area. If you're in a busy region and didn't get an ED interview, the chances of getting a RD interview are even slimmer as there will be even more RD applicants.</p>
<p>If you're sending stuff, no need to send it before February. They won't look at your app until March.</p>
