For those of you good at political cartoons

Im having a little trouble understanding this cartoon. I know it's about Iran's president and his procurement of nukes and statements of israel. But what exactly is the author trying to say? Any help would be welcome

Isn't it pretty obvious?

well there's a jewish star on one side and an nucleur bomb type thing on the other... and a no and yes under each one respectively... so...

No to jews, yes to nukes.

I tend to think too deeply lol. I was looking for some message under it all but its jsut me being stupid again. Thanks guys

Theres so much bias in the media.

Isreal is well ahead of Iran in nuclear weapons and wants to blow up Palestine and the middle east just as much as Iran wants to..

what the hell?

Oh, please, Jason.

Israel doesn't call for Iran to be "wiped off the map."

Or support suicide bombers.

The list goes on.

I've noticed the intense bias against media bias. Why is this so?

whos the guy in the pick? i think it means that israel would give up religion b4 they give up nuclear arms

JinFX the guy in the picture is the current President of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. The cartoon isn't very creative and doesn't really have a deeper meaning. Personally Bush should have gone after Iran instead of Iraq since clearly Iran is a greater threat.

Looks like a poor man's Abraham Lincoln if you ask me....

no, bush chose wisely. he has afgan, so if he takes iraq, thats surrounding iran, making iran nothing, all the while he maintains his presence near, and in support of, israel

clarification:

in terms of technological devolpment, israel is NOT ahead of iran in terms of nukes.

they bought they few that they do have from us, something that greatly ****es off the middle east.

so 100'000+++ out of a country of 26 million isn't enough for you? Would more blood (proportional 68 million) satisfy you? roll

Personally Bush should've gone after those who advocate war (no pun intended)... such individuals pose the greatest threat to humanity, and the greatest offence to compassion and the ideals of humanity.
