I just finished the most life-changing book i’ve ever read! Not sure how many of you are familiar with Julie Lythcott-Haims…she did a podcast about college admissions called “Getting In”.
Now she’s written a wonderful book called “How to Raise An Adult”…it’s too bad the title is not different because so much of what she says is geared toward the college process. (If you want a snippet you can listen to her TED talk.)
In any case…as a parent I am guilty of a lot of the helicopter-ing she talks about in the book…it has radically changed my thinking!
