this is bugging me. did you guys put smile or profile for the mona lisa question?

haha yes me too :)

btw the answer choice was profile not posture

how do u know it was profile, thats what i put by the way

i just said the answer choice was profile not posture..

the author had it wrong

I'm sure it's profile, since I'm certain that I missed 2 sentence completions (got 800), or else the curve would be - 1 800, -2 800, -3 800...

I got 800, I put smile... dunno what else I missed.

maybe it was thrown out then

I ordered a copy of the Oct test and my answers, so in a few weeks I'll finally be able to resolve the mouth/profile frivolity once and for all.

wow, if thats true, that question just cost me a 2400 =/

^ be sure to post the curves also.

I definitely will.

I'm really curious as to all the curves for this test, especially Writing since it seems like lots of people did poorly on that.

yeah i did a lot worse than i thought. only got 650 but i honestly thought i got at least 700....

it's definitely the smile. The passage 1 author makes a big deal about profiles which imo is a trap. Passage two specifically refers to characteristics even amateurs or novices or inexperienced (something on this line) people can appreciate. If I didn't study renaissance art, I would have had no idea what profile is. Thus I went with the mouth (or the smile).

whoa, wait I meant smile, SORRY!

i put mouth

800, mouth, but keep in mind that we don't know the curve yet...

Got 800 and put mouth.

yep, i put mouth, too (800)

I got a 710 and was expecting 670... put smile.
