For Woodrow Wilson Applicants

Has anyone received there letter yet saying whether or not they were accepted for the Woodrow Wilson Fellowship?

i was waiting for mine, too. i just got my acceptance package in the mail but no letter regarding the fellowship…does this mean i didn’t get it or…?

I don’t know. I applied ED but I submitted by proposal for the WWF afterwards. Admissions_Daniel has said that the WWF decisions will be mailed and not emailed at the same time as the RD decisions, but I don’t know if only acceptance letters will be mailed (I know some schools do this for specific programs), or if they’re just mailed slower… (I know that acceptance letters to JHU are mailed faster than the rejection and wait-list letters).

Has anyone received any results from the Woodrow Wilson Fellowship? Admission Daniels said that we the results were sent out at the same time as the RD notifications, still have not received any information.

He just put up on the facebook page that everyone who was granted the fellowship has been contacted.

Admission Daniel stated on the Hopkins interactive site:

“All decisions about the Woodrow Wilson fellowship are released at the end of March when we release regular decision notifications. That means any admitted early decision student who applied for the Wilson will learn of their decision when regular decision notifications are released, not any earlier. Decisions are sent via postal mail, not via e-mail.”

You would have thought that Hopkins would have at least sent you a letter giving the results of their decision - having been waiting for over a week for the mail.

All winners of the Woodrow Wilson Undergraduate Research Fellowship have been contacted. Our office only sends correspondence to recipients of the Wilson grant. If you have not been contacted, then it means the selection committee did not award you a Wilson grant.
