I'm interested in applying EA at Fordham Rose Hill. Do they deny early action applicants, or do they defer them to regular admission? Also, does applying EA really give any significant advantage to being accepted?

Three things can happen with an EA application – you can be accepted, deferred, or rejected. I think it may help a bit to apply EA since admissions will figure that Fordham is one of your top choices but I don’t think it is a huge consideration.

If you have strong stats EA can help lock an admission as they know FU would be your first over another strong school you might consider. Won’t make too much of a difference if you are at the mid point of the admissions range, but it just might push you over the line.
