@roarx1 I never actually got an email for my portal. I had to call to get it. I think this is because I applied in high school so the system thought I had already been notified.
@nyutransfer2015 Honestly, I think you have a good shot. For reference I was accepted with a 3.62 my first semester and a 3.74 midterm report. My hs GPA was around a 92 and I scored a 1750 on the SAT
@blue1996 I talked to a guy who had a 2.7 GPA and got in. However he also went to a very well respected college and had stellar high school stats. Additionally, this was a couple years ago and I think Fordham gets more competitive each year.
@tigerbear21 thanks, that actually turned out to be the same case for me and i had to get them to change my email and all that. now i just have to wait…
@tigerbear21 Thanks! Thats a good confidence booster considering I was rejected from NYU this morning haha. But I wouldn’t have been able to go anyway because my parents think its too big of a school with crappy financial aid. But a few hours later I was accepted to BU and I live right outside of Boston, so I’m not sure what to do now! I think I’ll find out my fate at Fordham tomorrow!
accepted to LC with housing at 10:40 am! I was really surprised to hear back so soon since my app was completed on April 27th!
Does anyone know when they send you financial aid estimates and so on?? Also, did anyone get the loyola and jogues scholarships, or any others where transfers are eligible?
@yoyo45987 I didn’t get anything, or I don’t know if I did (maybe they’re waiting for my fafsa to process?), I just got an acceptance letter in my portal. I was looking through their website and they do have some scholarships for transfers, but they’re small in comparison for freshmen…I was just wondering if anyone got a follow up in their financial aid package or they tell you in your letter
@tigerbear21 oyy, okay unfortunately my gpa is on the low side. I think my high school stats are ok? They kind of match yours almost exactly. Do you know of anything i can do to combat my gpa? Essay, letters of rec?
Has anyone checked their financial aid portal? I thought it was weird today when I logged in, in the messages tab it says:

do you guys have this too? Is this how much aid were getting?
If you log onto my.fordham .edu, go to the admitted student tab, under it should say financial aid along with a link. click the link and you’ll see documents and messages @roarx1
@JAM101 thanks! do you know where we get our credit evaluations? i know in the acceptance it says 10-15 days…but will we get it through mail or through our portal/email??? i haven’t received anything yet.
@roarx1 in your letter of admission it gives you the email of someone to email about your credit evaluations. Email him and he’ll get back to you with a preliminary transfer credit evaluation
oh, that’s a different person than mine so maybe it’s done by last name. I would email mark ciolli and he will probably give you the email of someone to contact.
Does anyone know how/when we register for classes?
hey guys, I’m also transferring to fordham at rose hill as a sophomore- does anyone know anything about housing? i got accepted with housing, but has anyone filled out an application for it or anything? also, is anyone going to the transfer orientation?
