Anyone have any thoughts on the chemistry of forensics? Personally, I think it's really cool, and something I might want to delve deeper into. I don't exactly know where to start though. Are there any school's that have this type of program? I haven't seen any, but I assume there's some out there.

Someone likes CSI haha.

Some universities are starting to offer a Bachelor's of Science degree in Forensics. It's a relatively new program that was started partially because of the heightened interest in forensics that TV shows like CSI brought. Just keep in mind that real-life forensics isn't anything like the stuff you see on TV.

haha actually no. What got me into it was for science olympiad this year I did the forensics event, and I found the research that I had to do to be really cool. So, I was just looking into it. It seeems to me that getting a degree in forensics right out of high school isn't the best option, that it's more of a specialty. So, I guess I'll see where college takes me.
And yes, I know, forensics isn't like TV. My aunt's a forensic anthropologist. :)
