Forgive me, I lack a witty title here...

I was looking at Ruggs Recommendations in my counsler's office and had a few questions.

On here, it shows University of Michigan & American as being "very selective" for journalism, along with Ohio University, Syracuse, and Northwestern. I just never thought of those two as being journalism schools. So, I was wondering if anyone could let me know how UM and AU match up. Actually, even though I live in OH, I'd never thought of attending UM, but I guess if it's as good as it looks for journalism and/or creative writing (and business), then it should go on my list.

Obviously I'm interested in either journalism or creative writing (not sure which one to do in college...I'm leaning towards english/creative writing) and something in business (possibly int'l) and German. I just want to know what the elite college know-it-alls have to say. I bow down to your surperior knowledge.

You cant go wrong with Michigan, they are strong in all of these departments...

UM no longer has journalism. They do have creative writing. <resists making="" snide="" remark=""></resists>

What snide remark?
