Forgot organic chemistry reactions how important are individual reactions 4 MCAT?

Hey everyone,
I wasn’t sure about what thread to post my concern under but here it goes…
I have already completed two semesters of organic chemsitry however I have forgotten many reactions. I think I made the mistake of memorizing reactions for the sake of passing the course. I guess my question is how important is organic chemistry on the MCAT… do they expect you to be able to recall specific reactions and their reagents or is it more conceptual in that they require you to understand how the structure of compounds and consequently how they may react with others based on such (i.e VSPER theory, HOMO LUMO).
Thanks in advance!

Try out the MCAT tests.
